Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Structure: Production-based, tailored to the individual, aligned with Bold Dental’s franchise operating model

Expected Earnings: $190,000–$300,000+ annually (based on standard 20-day work month)

Daily Guarantee: $800/day for the first 6 months

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 for select candidates

The Opportunity

This is a full-time role with flexibility, standard clinical hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, with optional surgical days coordinated with partnered CRNA group.

Dentists can perform any procedures they feel comfortable with, with strong support for pediatric care, full-mouth rehab, dentures, implants, and orthodontics.

Current production highlights:

• 50–100 crown & bridge units per month

• 20+ full mouth cases/month (dentures, full arch rehab, All-on-X)

• Offering both clear aligners and straight wire orthodontics (CE provided for growth if desired)

Technology & Tools Include:

• Trios 5 intraoral scanner

• Planmeca ProMax Mid CBCT (with ceph capabilities)

• In-house lab with PM7 milling unit & PR5 3D printer

• Dentrix dental software

• Fully equipped sterilization and wet lab

Ownership & Growth:

• Hands-on mentorship with Dr. Alexander Williams, DDS
