The Opportunity
This is a full-time role with flexibility. Standard clinical hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Optional surgical days coordinated with partnered CRNA group.

Dentists can provide any procedures they feel comfortable performing, with strong support for pediatric care. Technology includes:

• Trios 5 intraoral scanner

• Planmeca ProMax Mid CBCT (with ceph capabilities)

• In-house lab with PM7 milling unit & PR5 3D printer

• Cloud-based dental software: Ascend and Fuse

• Fully equipped sterilization and wet lab

Growth & Ownership Path:

• Learn directly from Dr. Alexander Williams, DDS, founder and lead provider

• Hands-on mentorship in implants, dentures, orthodontics, full-arch restorations, cosmetic dentistry, and pediatric care

• Participate in the growth of a flagship Bold Dental location and potentially step into ownership or leadership roles as the practice expands

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed general dentist, pediatric dentist, or GP with pediatric focus

• Advanced training preferred (GPR, AEGD/AGD, pediatric residency) but motivated new grads considered
