Dental 360 & Associates is a fast-growing, comprehensive dental practice located in downtown Chicago.

Our team operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on comprehensive treatment planning, advanced technology, and high-quality patient care. Due to continued growth and expanded services, we are adding both a General Dentist (GP) and a Pediatric Dentist (Pedodontist) to our team.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Structure:

• 35% of collections

Expected Earnings:

• Up to $300,000+ annually

Daily Guarantee (First 3 Months):

• $750/day minimum (General Dentist)

• $1,200/day for GP doing Pediatric Dentistry

• $1,600/day for Pediatric Dentist

Signing Bonus:

• $5,000 for Pediatric Dentist

Relocation Assistance:

• $2,000 moving expense reimbursement (Pediatric Dentist)

Benefits Include:

• Annual CE allowance

• $500 monthly insurance allowance

• 401(k) with employer match

• 7 paid days annually

The Opportunity

This position is open to full-time or part-time, with flexibility built into scheduling.

Schedule Options:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

• Available Saturdays

• Option to start at 9:00am or 10:00am and work until 5:00pm or 6:00pm

Scope of Practice:

• General Dentistry (comprehensive care)

• Pediatric focus preferred for GP applicants

• Full Pediatric Dentistry scope for Pedodontist

You’ll be supported by advanced technology, including:

• Digital X-rays

• 3D imaging (CT)

• Panoramic & Cephalometric imaging (Pan/Ceph)

• iTero Lumina intraoral scanners (6 units)

• Laser dentistry

• Nitrous carts available

• Cloud-based dental software (Ascend & Fuse)

• Electronic health records

Strong mentorship programs are available, making this a great opportunity for dentists who want to grow in comprehensive treatment planning and clinical excellence.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed General Dentist or Pediatric Dentist

• 1+ year of experience preferred

• AEGD, GPR, or foreign-trained background welcomed

• Strong in teamwork and communication

• Positive attitude and eager to learn comprehensive treatment planning

• Motivated to grow within a modern, technology-forward practice
