This is a ground-floor opportunity for an Endodontist to help stand up and grow a new specialty location backed by strong internal referrals and external demand. You’ll be joining a collaborative, fast-paced, and family-oriented organization that values professional development and high-quality patient care.
Compensation Structure:
40% of collections (negotiable)
Expected Earnings:
$175,000–$250,000+ starting, with strong upside as the clinic ramps
