Compensation: 32% of Net Collections (Associate responsible for 50% of lab costs)

This is a full-time opportunity for a motivated general dentist looking to join two thriving practices located approximately 20 minutes apart. The position offers a consistent patient flow and an established schedule from day one.
The associate will work Monday through Friday, splitting time between the practices, with approximately 2–3 days per week at each location.
The practice offers a broad scope of general dentistry, including:
Comprehensive diagnostics and treatment planning
Restorative dentistry
Crown and bridge work
Simple and surgical extractions
Implant placement (preferred)
Preventive and routine dental care
You'll be supported by advanced technology, including:
CBCT imaging
Digital workflow systems
Modern operatories
State-of-the-art equipment
This opportunity is ideal for a dentist with at least 2 years of experience who is looking to continue expanding their clinical skills while maintaining autonomy. Mentorship and coaching are available, particularly for dentists interested in growing their surgical and implant experience.

The ideal candidate is:
A licensed general dentist eligible to practice in Tennessee
Has 2+ years of clinical experience
Comfortable with restorative dentistry and extractions
Interested in placing implants or already experienced in implant placement
