We are seeking an associate who is clinically confident, collaborative, and motivated to grow professionally in a supportive, multi-doctor practice.
Base Salary: $200,000/year for the first 2 years, plus bonuses once collections outpace base
Expected Earnings: $200,000–$300,000+ realistically with bonuses

401(k) retirement plan (1:1 match up to 3%, then 1:2 for next 2%; short waiting period applies)
Relocation assistance (case-by-case, negotiable)
This is a full-time role with a flexible schedule based on patient needs and team availability (typically 34–40+ hours/week, adjusted per demand).
The associate will practice comprehensive general dentistry, with emphasis on:
Implant placement / surgery (preferred)
Endodontics (optional)
Invisalign (optional)
The practice features state-of-the-art technology, including:
Digital X-rays & CBCT
AI-assisted treatment planning
Multiple iTero Luminas
Multiple viewing screens in each operatory
Dedicated surgical rooms
Mentorship is ongoing and hands-on, including:
In-house study club meetings
Direct access to all doctors within the multi-location practice, including the owner
This opportunity is ideal for dentists with some experience in advanced procedures, but motivated new graduates may also be considered depending on patient load and fit.

Licensed general dentist
Preferably experienced with implants, surgery, endodontics, or Invisalign
