Modern Dental Associates is a thriving, multi-doctor private practice in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. We are looking for an Associate Dentist who is clinically confident, collaborative, and motivated to grow in a supportive, multi-doctor environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• $200,000 base salary for your first 2 years, plus bonuses once collections outpace base
• $200,000–$300,000+ realistic earning potential
• Health insurance with 80% of the premium employer-paid, multiple plans to choose from
• 401(k) with employer match: dollar-for-dollar up to 3%, plus 50% on the next 2%

Schedule

• Full-time, 34 to 40 hours per week
• Flexible schedule built around patient needs and team availability

The Opportunity

Practice comprehensive general dentistry with an emphasis on implant placement and surgery, with endodontics and Invisalign available for those who want them. Dedicated surgical rooms are already in place.

You’ll work with state-of-the-art technology: CBCT and digital X-rays, AI-assisted treatment planning, multiple iTero Lumina scanners, and viewing screens in every operatory.

Mentorship is ongoing and hands-on, with in-house study club meetings and direct access to every doctor across the multi-location practice, including the owner. There is a clear path to growth within the practice.

This role suits a dentist with some experience in advanced procedures; motivated new graduates are also welcome to apply.

• Experienced in implants, surgery, endodontics, or Invisalign (preferred)
• Clinically confident and patient-focused
