Smile Center for Kids is a well-established, fast-growing private practice in suburban El Paso, Texas, known for a cohesive, patient-focused culture built on efficiency, respect for patients' time, and exceptional service. Our front office and clinical teams work as one, backed by an engaged owner-doctor who invests in mentorship, clinical development, and long-term relationships.

We're looking for a motivated dentist who wants to grow clinically, step into leadership, and become a partner in a practice that treats both kids and adults.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30–32% of collections, on a 99% collection rate

Expected Earnings: $200,000–$350,000 annually

Daily Guarantee: $750–$850 per day for the first 3 months, based on experience

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Benefits Include:

• Health insurance (PPO or HMO), with 50% of the employee premium covered
• 401(k) with 3–4% employer match after two years
• $2,000 annual CE allowance
• Company-wide CE twice a year, plus a doctor-only CE trip once a year
• Hands-on mentorship from the owner-doctor, including laser frenectomy training and moderate sedation guidance

Schedule

• Monday through Thursday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM
• One Saturday per month: 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM
• Full-time or part-time available

The Opportunity

This is a role for a dentist who wants a broader scope than most general practices offer: pediatric and adult patients, minimal and moderate sedation, laser frenectomies, and the training to get there, with a consistently busy patient flow and strong clinical support.

Your clinical scope includes:

• Minimal and moderate sedation
• Laser frenectomies
• Extractions, crowns, and composite restorations
• Clear aligners
• Pediatric care: stainless steel crowns, pulpotomies, and space maintainers
• Implant restorations

Optional, based on your comfort level: root canals, implant placement, and surgical extractions. No removable prosthodontics.

You'll be supported by modern technology, including:

• Digital scanner and digital X-rays
• CO2 laser
• Cloud-based practice software
• TVs above every chair

Mentorship is hands-on and ongoing. Our owner-doctor trains associates directly in laser frenectomy and Level 2 moderate sedation, skills that expand both your scope and your production.

Partnership is defined, not vague. After approximately two years of full-time service, there's a clear path to partnership and the lead doctor role, with the opportunity to invest back into the community you serve.

• A licensed general dentist; about 2 years of private practice experience preferred, in pediatric or family dentistry
• Driven to learn and grow clinically and professionally
