You’ll be joining a collaborative environment where front office and clinical teams work closely together, supported directly by an engaged owner-doctor who is invested in mentorship, clinical development, and long-term relationships.

Compensation: 32% of collections (99% collection rate)
Expected Earnings: $175,000–$250,000 annually
Daily Guarantee: $700/day for the first 3 months (8-hour workday)
Benefits may include:
$2,000 annual CE allowance (non-rollover)
PPO or HMO health insurance (practice covers 50% of employee premium)
401(k) with 3–4% employer match after two years of full-time employment
Direct mentorship with owner doctor
Company-wide CE twice per year + doctor-only CE once per year (out of town)
This is a full-time opportunity with a consistently busy patient flow and strong clinical support.
Typical schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 7:30am–5:00pm
Friday: 7:30am–1:00pm
One Saturday per month: 7:30am–1:00pm
The associate will perform a broad scope of procedures, including:
Moderate sedation, frenectomies, extractions, crowns, composite restorations, clear aligners, SSC, pulpotomies, and space maintainers
Optional procedures (based on comfort level):
Root canals, implant restorations, surgical extractions
(No removable prosthodontics.)
You’ll be supported by modern technology, including:
Digital X-rays, digital scanner, CO2 laser, cloud-based dental software, and TVs above every chair
Mentorship is hands-on and ongoing, including:
Laser frenectomy training
Level 2 moderate sedation guidance
This role is ideal for a dentist who wants to expand clinical skills while developing leadership within the practice.
There is also a clear path to partnership after approximately two years of full-time service, with the opportunity to become lead doctor and invest back into the community.
The ideal candidate is:
Licensed general dentist
Preferably ~2 years of private practice experience (pediatric or family dentistry)
Highly driven to learn and grow clinically and professionally
Outgoing, friendly, and confident with patients
Punctual, dependable, and patient-focused
Strong communicator with a positive attitude and excellent work ethic
Interested in long-term growth and leadership within one practice
