Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30% of net production
Daily Guarantee: $850/day DOE for the first 3 months (or higher if net production exceeds guarantee)
Expected Earnings: $200K–$500K+ potential
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (negotiable)
Relocation Assistance: Available (negotiable)

The Opportunity

This full-time role offers a balanced schedule, strong patient flow, and flexibility with working days and hours — with NO 12-hour days.

You’ll practice comprehensive general dentistry with strong exposure to:

• Restorative dentistry

• Implants

• Invisalign / GP ortho

• CEREC & same-day dentistry

The office features modern, AI-enhanced technology, including:

• Digital X-rays & 3D imaging

• CAD/CAM systems

• Laser dentistry

• Electronic health records

• AI-powered diagnostics and treatment planning tools
