At Cumberland Valley Dental Care, we’re a growing, multi-location fee-for-service practice based in beautiful Franklin County, PA—just 30 minutes north of Hagerstown, MD and 30 minutes south of Harrisburg, PA. With a reputation for quality care and a fun, supportive team culture, we offer comprehensive dental services in a modern, well-equipped setting.

We're actively seeking a motivated, clinically strong general dentist to join our growing team. Whether you're fresh out of residency or have years of experience, you’ll receive genuine mentorship and the autonomy to shape your schedule, scope of practice, and income.

Compensation & Perks

• 35% of collections, minus 35% of lab costs

• $1000/day guarantee

• Independent Contractor role (no benefits package)

• Associates earn a IC-equivalent of $400,000–$600,000 annually

• CE allowance: $2,000/year

• No health insurance or 401(k)

• Comprehensive exams and treatment planning

• Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges)

• Fixed and removable prosthodontics (dentures, partials)

• Endodontic therapy (molars, premolars, anteriors)

• Extractions (simple and some surgical)

• Implant restorations

• Pediatric dentistry (if comfortable)

• Invisalign or clear aligner therapy (if trained)

• Soft tissue procedures using laser (as applicable)

• Hygiene exams and periodic re-care visits
