We’re a fast-growing, privately owned dental practice in Amarillo, Texas, recently expanded into a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. This is a busy, well-established office led by a solo owner producing ~$3M annually, now expanding to add an associate due to growth. We’re fully set up for a doctor to walk in and be productive from day one — with systems, support, mentorship, and patient demand already in place.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Structure (based on experience & procedure mix):

• Daily Guarantee:

  • $750/day for newer grads (D4s or early-career dentists)

  • $1,000–$1,300/day for experienced, high-producing associates

• Earning Potential:

  • Experienced associates can realistically earn $250K–$350K+ annually in this high-volume environment

• Guarantee negotiable based on clinical experience and scope of procedures

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate position in a consistently busy practice with a full schedule from day one. You’ll have your own operatories in a newly built facility with 13 ops total and 4 full-time hygienists supporting the practice.

The scope of dentistry is broad and truly comprehensive, including:

• Restorative dentistry & crowns

• Endodontics

• Implants

• Bone grafting

• Oral surgery & extractions

You’ll be working alongside an experienced owner who performs advanced procedures and is committed to mentorship — making this a strong opportunity for:
