GP Associate, Poconos, Stroudsburg, Scranton - Sign On Bonus - New Grad Opportunity

Great opportunity to join a practice that has been proudly serving Northeast Pennsylvania for over 30 years

• Brand-new, 3,960 sq ft state-of-the-art facility featuring 9 active operatories with capacity to expand by an additional 5 operatories.

Schedule:

• 5 days/week minimum with option for 6 days/week
• Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:00am – 5:00pm | Fri 8:00am – 2:00pm | Sat 8:00 – 1:00pm

Compensation & Benefits:

• $10k Sign On Bonus!
• Relocation bonus, if applicable
• 35% collections, 50/50 labs
• Malpractice + license reimbursement

Most things are done in the office (not currently placing implants). Owner is willing to invest in additional tech/equipment for the right candidate

• 1+ years of clinical experience (strong new grads considered)
• Comfort working efficiently with a full schedule
• Growth mindset and eagerness to expand skills, speed, and case acceptance
• Interest in long-term partnership with potential ownership pathway
