Kelly Dental is a privately owned, fully fee-for-service dental practice located on Springfield’s Medical Mile, a high-traffic healthcare corridor surrounded by a stable and growing patient base. Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: 30% of Net Production (FFS)
  (Comparable to ~40% collections in a PPO environment)

• Expected Earnings: $250,000–$350,000+ annually

• Daily Guarantee: $900/day for the first 3 months

• CE Allowance: $10,000 annually (course reimbursement)

• 401(k): 4% company match after 1 year

• Time Off: Minimum 2 weeks annually built into a strong pay structure

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate opportunity with an expected 3.5-day work week, designed to align with team flow while maintaining exceptional work–life balance.

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Flexibility: Full Thursdays and Fridays negotiable

This position is designed for an experienced Super GP who can parallel the senior doctor’s skill set, collaborate on complex cases, and elevate patient outcomes.

Clinical Scope Includes:

• Advanced restorative & crown and bridge

• Implant placement (guided & freehand)

• Molar & anterior endodontics

• Digital smile design & cosmetic dentistry

• Oral surgery, grafting, PRF, periodontal surgery

• CBCT analysis & comprehensive treatment planning

• Full-mouth rehabilitation (All-on-X, photogrammetry, master ceramics)

• Minimal / no-prep veneer workflows

• Pediatric & family dentistry

This is a CE-heavy, growth-oriented role with shared cases, mentorship, and collaboration built into the model.
