The Opportunity

Your schedule is full from day one, whether you join full-time or part-time. You’ll average 5 or more cases a day, with capacity for more, from a knowledgeable referral base that sends the right cases. Pre-appointment radiographs are screened so non-restorable and non-endo cases never reach your chair, and your production is protected: if a case falls through, a patient is swapped in from an active ASAP list. Every clinical day is a fully productive day, with no empty chair time and no building a referral base from scratch.

Your case mix is primarily molar endodontics, with premolar and anterior cases, and includes:

• Root canal therapy
• Non-surgical retreatments
• Apicoectomies, a few per month
• Post-op and emergency care

Patients are mostly adults, with occasional pediatric cases. Case complexity and volume are set to match your comfort and experience.

No marketing, outreach, or referring-doctor introductions required. You focus on clinical care; the practice handles the rest.

You’ll work in a fully digital office with CBCT and digital radiography, modern equipment under two years old, private workstations, and a highly trained, efficient support staff.

Schedule

Part-Time

• 1 to 2 days per week, your choice of days within the Monday through Thursday schedule
• Ideal for an endodontist commuting from Columbus or Cincinnati, adding days alongside an existing position, or transitioning out of military service at Wright-Patterson
• Same 45% of collections and full-schedule days; the guarantee, bonus, and partnership path are discussed based on days worked

Full-Time

• 4 days per week, currently Monday through Thursday
• Flexible start and end times, with selectable workdays
• No weekends, no call

Ideal Candidate

• Board-eligible or board-certified endodontist with a certificate from an accredited endodontic residency
• Clinically confident, reliable, and outcome-focused
• Endodontists transitioning from military service, including Wright-Patterson AFB, are encouraged to apply
• Endodontists based in Columbus or Cincinnati seeking a full-time move or a 1- to 2-day-per-week schedule
• Strong communicator and team-oriented
