Holmes Endodontics is a modern, fully digital endodontic practice located in Kettering, just south of Dayton, Ohio. Our practice serves a strong, established referral base and maintains a consistently full schedule, offering an excellent opportunity for an endodontist seeking strong clinical volume, flexibility, and long-term growth.

Compensation & Benefits

• 45% of collections (collections consistently exceed 98%)

• Expected annual income of $400,000+ based on performance.

• Daily guarantee: $1,100/day for the first 3 months

• $10,000 Bonus (paid after 6 months)

• 4 days per week (Monday–Thursday currently)

• 4 weeks off per year

Clinical Volume & Case Mix

• Consistently busy schedule with a months-long waitlist

• Average of ~5 cases per day, with capacity to exceed this

• Primarily molar endodontics, with some premolar and anterior cases

• Mostly middle-aged to older patients; occasional pediatric cases

• Typical case mix includes:

  • Root canal therapy

  • Non-surgical retreatments

  • Apicoectomies (a few per month)

  • Post-op and emergency care

• Associate will not be expected to exceed the owner’s case complexity or volume

Practice Environment

• Strong, knowledgeable referral base sending appropriate, high-quality cases

• Pre-appointment PA radiographs reviewed to screen for non-restorable or non-endo cases

• Systems in place to protect production:

  • Patient swaps if a case falls through

  • Active ASAP list to fill open chair time

• Associate will be fully utilized on every clinical day—no downtime

• Fully digital office with:

  • CBCT and digital radiography

  • Modern, 2-year-old equipment

  • Private workstations

  • Highly trained, efficient support staff

Schedule & Expectations

• No marketing, outreach, or referring-doctor introductions required

• Flexible start/end times and selectable workdays within the schedule

• Focus solely on clinical care in a well-supported environment
