Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 30–32% of collections based on ability and experience
Expected Earnings: $250,000–$450,000 annually for a full-time associate
Daily Guarantee: $800–$1,000/day (based on experience)
Pay Structure: Twice monthly, based on collections

Benefits May Include:

• Malpractice insurance: 50% reimbursed annually (up to $500/year)

• CE allowance: $1,000 per year (non-rollover)

• PTO: 1 week after your first year ($100/day × 7 days)

• Ownership / equity opportunity for the right long-term fit

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate role offering an excellent work–life balance and a consistently busy patient flow. The schedule is Monday–Thursday, giving you three-day weekends every week.

The practice provides a broad scope of general dentistry, including:

• Restorative dentistry, crowns, prosthodontics

• Endodontics and oral surgery

• Cosmetic dentistry

You’ll be supported by modern systems, a strong hygiene program, and an experienced clinical team, allowing you to focus on high-quality dentistry.

Example of Success: One of our motivated new-grad associates is already comfortably producing $8,000–$10,000/day after ramp-up, showing the strength of our mentorship and the earning potential in our practice.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is:

• A licensed general dentist

• 2–3+ years of experience preferred (AEGD or GPR a plus)

• Comfortable managing hygiene checks and performing all aspects of general dentistry

• Patient-focused, clinically confident, and team-oriented

• Coachable, humble, and eager to grow

• Interested in long-term growth and ownership within a private practice
