Our privately owned dental practice in East Lansing, Michigan is a busy, well-run, and highly respected office serving a loyal patient base that values quality care. We’re known for our supportive, team-driven culture and a commitment to helping dentists grow clinically and professionally.
Mentorship and ongoing development are built into how we work. You’ll have guidance, autonomy, and a clear path to higher production and even ownership. This is a practice where dentists are treated like professionals, not numbers, and where your growth truly matters.
Compensation: 30–32% of collections based on ability and experience
Expected Earnings: $250,000–$450,000 annually for a full-time associate
Daily Guarantee: $800–$1,000/day (based on experience)
Pay Structure: Twice monthly, based on collections
Benefits May Include:
Malpractice insurance: 50% reimbursed annually (up to $500/year)
CE allowance: $1,000 per year (non-rollover)
PTO: 1 week after your first year ($100/day × 7 days)
Ownership / equity opportunity for the right long-term fit
This is a full-time associate role offering an excellent work–life balance and a consistently busy patient flow. The schedule is Monday–Thursday, giving you three-day weekends every week.
The practice provides a broad scope of general dentistry, including:
Restorative dentistry, crowns, prosthodontics
Endodontics and oral surgery
Cosmetic dentistry
You’ll be supported by modern systems, a strong hygiene program, and an experienced clinical team, allowing you to focus on high-quality dentistry.
Example of Success: One of our motivated new-grad associates is already comfortably producing $8,000–$10,000/day after ramp-up, showing the strength of our mentorship and the earning potential in our practice.

The ideal candidate is:
A licensed general dentist
2–3+ years of experience preferred (AEGD or GPR a plus)
Comfortable managing hygiene checks and performing all aspects of general dentistry
Patient-focused, clinically confident, and team-oriented
Coachable, humble, and eager to grow
Interested in long-term growth and ownership within a private practice
