Lakeshore East Dental Arts is a privately owned, high-velocity boutique practice in the heart of downtown Chicago, Illinois. We are a Diamond Tier, Top 1% Invisalign provider nationwide, serving a sophisticated PPO and fee-for-service patient base in a premier downtown location.

We are looking for a high-caliber Associate Dentist who excels in comprehensive treatment planning and sophisticated patient communication.

Compensation & Benefits

• $375,000–$480,000 earning potential, performance-driven, based on a 4.5-day week
• Daily guarantee available

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday
• 4 or 4.5-day week for optimal work-life balance

The Opportunity

Step into a full schedule from day one with over 130 new patients a month and a patient base that values comprehensive, high-touch care.

Your clinical scope will include:

• Invisalign in a Top 1% clear aligner practice with iTero digital workflows
• Porcelain veneers and smile makeovers
• Same-day crowns designed and placed in a single visit with Glidewell iO FastMill
• Implants, bridges, endodontics, and composite or porcelain restorations
• Laser dentistry, enamel regeneration, and same-day emergency care

You’ll be backed by state-of-the-art technology and a “Rockstar” support team that thrives on excellence and mutual respect, in a practice where wins are celebrated together and clinical success is shared.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is an experienced general dentist with:

• 4+ years of post-graduate clinical practice and a proven track record of high production
• Advanced Invisalign proficiency, confident with complex cases; iTero experience preferred
• A strong foundation in comprehensive restorative dentistry, biomimetic and preventative protocols, and treatment planning
• Exceptional patient rapport and case presentation skills suited to a high-touch, luxury patient experience
