Rockside Dental Pediatrics is seeking a Pediatric Dentist to lead a newly built, standalone pediatric dental practice in Northwest Tucson. This role offers the autonomy of ownership without the financial risk, overhead, or stress of starting a practice independently.
Rockside Dental has served the Tucson community since 2010 and is a well-established family dental practice with three dentists, a strong hygiene department, and an experienced, supportive team. The success of our family practice has been based on striving to be the best. We have expanded to include a fully built-out pediatric dental office designed specifically for pediatric care.
Standalone pediatric dental office (not shared with general dentistry)
Separate entrance, reception, and administrative team
Pediatric-specific operatories
Doctor’s office and breakroom
Built-in referral base from established family practice
The Associate Pediatric Dentist will:
Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care
Have significant autonomy in clinical practice and scheduling
Help establish systems, workflow, and culture for the pediatric office
Build long-term relationships with patients and families
Work collaboratively with the Rockside Dental leadership team
DDS/DMD with a certificate in Pediatric Dentistry
Board eligible or board certified
Eligible for Arizona dental licensure
Values ethical, patient-centered care
Interested in building a long-term presence in Tucson
