Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: Percentage of collections with true-up adjustments

• Expected Earnings: $250,000–$350,000 annually

• Daily Guarantee: Base salary of approx. $125,000 guaranteed

• Student Loan Repayment Assistance: Available for the right associate

• Future Equity Options: Yes

• Benefits May Include:

  • 401(k) with match — 100% on the first 3% deferred, 50% on contributions from 3%–5%

The Opportunity

This full-time role offers a predictable 4-day weekday schedule (7 a.m.–3 p.m.), no evenings or weekends, and consistent patient flow.

Scope of Dentistry Includes:

• Comprehensive exams and diagnosis

• Preventive and restorative dentistry

• Crowns, extractions, and patient education

• Treatment planning in a collaborative environment

Technology & Support:

• Modern, well-equipped office

• Experienced assistants and strong hygiene support

Mentorship & Growth:

• Hands-on mentorship from experienced dentists

• Guidance in clinical judgment, speed, and confidence

• Clear path to long-term growth or partnership for the right candidate

Ideal Candidate

The ideal associate is:

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

• Licensed (or able to obtain) in Illinois

• Early-career dentists welcome — mentorship provided
