Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Illinois dental license (or ability to obtain)
• Strong communication skills and patient-first mindset

Clinical Responsibilities

• Comprehensive exams and diagnosis
• Preventive and restorative dentistry
• Patient education and relationship-based treatment planning
• Collaboration with a supportive dental team

Compensation & Financial Support

• Base salary of approximately $125,000, paid as a guaranteed minimum
• Compensation is aligned to a percentage of collections, with a true-up adjustment as production increases so total pay more accurately reflects clinical output over time
• Opportunity for earnings growth as production and efficiency develop
• Actively open to student loan repayment assistance as part of a customized compensation package for the right associate
