Colorado Dental Arts is a well-established, relationship-driven dental practice located in the Ken Caryl area of Littleton, at the base of the Denver foothills. Compensation & Benefits

Compensation:
• 33% of collections after lab costs

Expected Earnings:
• $100,000–$150,000 annually for 2 days per week
• Scales meaningfully as additional days are added (full-time earning potential well into the mid-$200Ks+)

Daily Guarantee:
• $800 per day for the first 3 months

Continuing Education:
• Up to $2,500 per year toward approved CE courses

401(k):
• Eligible after 1 year & 1,000 hours worked
• 100% match on the first 3% of income
• 50% match on contributions from 3–5%

Long-Term Incentive:
• Partnership / buy-in opportunity in discussion and planning

The Opportunity

This is a part-time associate opportunity designed to grow into a full-time, long-term role. The schedule is structured to keep the associate consistently busy while allowing flexibility:

• Fridays are required
• One additional day is flexible and open for discussion

The practice supports comprehensive general dentistry, with the associate’s scope expanding based on experience and CE. Procedures may include:

• Restorative & crown and bridge
• Endodontics
• Extractions
• Comprehensive treatment planning
• Advanced procedures as skillset grows

The office is equipped with modern, high-end technology, including:

• Digital X-rays
• CBCT
• 3D printing
• Soft-tissue laser

Mentorship is built into the role. The owner provides clinical guidance, case planning support, and CE sponsorship to help associates grow into confident, high-producing clinicians.

This position is ideal for:
• A dentist with 1–3+ years of experience looking to grow into a long-term role
• Or someone who wants a part-time start with a clear runway to full-time and ownership

A path to buy-in is available for associates who ultimately want ownership — but dentists who prefer to remain career associates are also welcome.

• A licensed general dentist
• Preferably 1–2+ years out of school
• Patient-focused, coachable, and emotionally mature
