Family Dental Care of Milford is a thriving, patient-focused practice located in Milford, New Hampshire — a family-friendly town with great restaurants, outdoor recreation, and easy access to everything New England has to offer. Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $150,000 base salary plus production incentives

Daily Guarantee: The base salary is equivalent to about $720/day

Expected Earnings: $200,000–$275,000+ in year one

Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (prorated repayment if leaving within 6 months)

Continuing Education: Spear Study Club and a “mini-residency” with a local specialist office

Health Insurance: 50% of employee premium covered

401(k): 3% employer contribution (eligible after 1 year, even if you don’t contribute)

Paid Time Off: 2 weeks paid vacation

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate dentist position with a consistently busy schedule and a strong support system.

Schedule:
• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7am – 5pm
• Tuesday, Thursday: 8am – 6pm
• One Saturday per month: 8am – 1pm
• Four-day workweek with some flexibility on which days are worked

You’ll practice comprehensive general dentistry, including:
• Crowns and restorative dentistry
• Implant restorations
• Exams and treatment planning
• Invisalign
• Some extractions and endodontics

This role is designed for a dentist who wants to stay clinically engaged, grow their skillset, and build a long-term future in a supportive, high-quality practice.

Mentorship & Growth

Mentorship is available, with support from the existing clinical team, plus access to Spear Study Club and hands-on learning through a local specialist mini-residency. This makes the role a great fit for both new graduates and dentists looking to sharpen advanced skills.
