The Opportunity

This is a full-time Associate Dentist role with a well-balanced schedule: Monday–Friday with rotating Saturday shifts (1st and 3rd of the month). Daily hours range from 8:00 AM–5:00 PM on Mondays and Fridays, extended 7:00 AM–7:00 PM mid-week, and shortened Saturday hours (8:00 AM–2:00 PM). Flexible scheduling options are available.

You will provide comprehensive general dentistry, including:

• Restorative dentistry

• Exams and treatment planning

• Patient education and case presentation

• Complex treatment planning and full-mouth rehabilitation

You’ll be supported by modern technology, including:

• 3D imaging and intraoral scanners

• In-house same-day CEREC restorations

• AI-driven diagnostic tools

Mentorship & Growth: Weekly case reviews and coaching with our founder, plus ongoing guidance from a Culture Coach, make this a strong opportunity for both experienced dentists and motivated newer graduates. There is also a path to partnership for the right candidate.

Ideal Candidate

• A licensed general dentist in California

• At least 1 year of experience preferred, but motivated new grads are welcome
