Dental Transformations is a family-owned, non-corporate dental group with two established practices located in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. Each office is fully digital, well-supported, and highly productive, with both locations generating approximately $1.2M annually.

We are currently hiring for two separate associate positions, one in each office:

• Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist with a pediatric focus for our pediatric-focused practice

• General Dentist for our general dentistry practice

Each role is based in its own office, and both provide the opportunity to work as the sole doctor, with direct access to ownership support and mentorship. This is an excellent opportunity for dentists seeking autonomy, strong income, and a clear path toward partnership.

Pediatric Dentist / GP with Pediatric Focus

• Daily Guarantee: $1,200/day

• Expected Earnings: $300,000–$500,000 annually

• Compensation Structure: 30–32% of production

• Payor Mix: FFS, PPO, and Medicaid

General Dentist (GP Practice)

• Daily Guarantee: $800/day

• Expected Earnings: $250,000–$350,000 annually

• Compensation Structure: 30–32% of production

• Payor Mix: FFS and PPO with a strong family patient base

The Opportunity

Both positions offer an excellent lifestyle-focused schedule:

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday

• 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

• No weekends

Each practice operates independently, but the owner-doctor is able to travel between offices to provide ongoing support when needed.

Ideal Candidate

We are open to both experienced dentists and motivated newer clinicians.

Pediatric Role:

• Board-certified Pediatric Dentist or

• General Dentist with a strong pediatric focus

General Dentist Role:

• Comfortable performing bread-and-butter general dentistry

• Ability to expand clinical scope based on comfort and interest
