Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Structure: 30% of monthly adjusted collections (associate not responsible for any lab fees)
Daily Guarantee: $1,000/day for full 10-hour shift or $500 for 5-hour mid-shift (first three months, whichever is higher)
Expected Earnings: $156,000–$312,000 annually, with high earning potential based on production
Lab Fees Covered: Yes, all laboratory expenses are covered by the practice
Partnership Track: Clear path to full partnership, preferably within the first year

The Opportunity
This full-time associate position allows for flexible, high-volume practice with the ability to manage your own schedule while earning strong income.
Schedule:
Typically 21–25 shifts per month (5–6 shifts/week or 3 day work week)
Flexible 8 a.m.–6 p.m. full days or 5-hour mid-shifts
Can accommodated for multiple weeks off per year

Modern facilities with 16 operatories, including 2 quiet surgical/implant rooms
Fully digital platform: Dentrix PMS, Dexis imaging, digital pano, Dexis intraoral scanner (2025)
Strong patient base: ~306 new patients/month, 96.7% collection rate, diverse payor mix (70% Medicaid, 20% PPO, 10% FFS/Cash)
Procedures & Clinical Scope:
General dentistry: comprehensive restorative care, crowns, bridges, partials, dentures, simple molar endodontics, simple and surgical extractions (wisdom teeth optional)
Implant-supported care accommodated (placement/restoration optional)
Doctor-provided hygiene: exams and cleanings with immediate treatment planning and same-day case acceptance
