Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: 35% of production (associate responsible for only 35% of lab fees; $25 per block/crown milled in-house)

• Daily Guarantee: $600/day (optional, indefinite)

• Expected Earnings: $250,000–$350,000 annually

• Benefits:

  • CE: 50% coverage of CE courses up to $3,000/year; office covers SCDA meeting registration and lodging

  • Health insurance: 50% of monthly premium paid after 90 days

  • 401(k) with 3% employer match

  • 14 unpaid flexible PTO days, plus paid holidays ($600/day) and office closure between Christmas & New Year

  • $250 scrub allowance annually

The Opportunity
This full-time position offers a structured, family-friendly schedule with no weekends:

• Monday & Wednesday: 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

• Tuesday & Thursday: 8 a.m.–4 p.m.

• Friday: 8 a.m.–2 p.m.

You’ll work with a modern, technology-driven practice including:

• Digital X-rays, CBCT, iTero Lumina scanner

• Glidewell milling unit, SprintRay and MIDAS 3D printers

• Exocad software for digital dentistry

Procedures include:

• Crowns, bridges, fillings, and routine extractions

• Optional: root canals, implant placement, Invisalign management

• Opportunity to learn and expand clinical skills with new techniques

Mentorship and collaboration are available, particularly for associates eager to grow in digital dentistry and take on advanced procedures.

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed General Dentist with an AEGD or GPR, preferably 1–2 years private practice experience

• Clinically confident, patient-focused, and team-oriented

• Strong communicator with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Tech-savvy and interested in digital workflows

• Interested in long-term growth and building roots in Conway, SC
