Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: 35% of collections

• Expected Earnings: $250,000–$300,000 annually (W-2)

• Daily Guarantee: $800/day for the first 3 months

• Majority of patients are fee for service or PPO

• No HMO  No Medicaid  No Delta Dental Insurance accepted

The Opportunity
This full-time or part-time role offers a well-balanced schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. You’ll perform a broad scope of general dentistry.

• No Weekends

The doctor and team provides continuous guidance and mentorship, making this a great opportunity for dentists who want support while growing their skills.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal associate is:

• A licensed general dentist with minimum 2 years’ experience (AEGD or GPR preferred but not required)

• Compassionate dentist who values excellence, teamwork and long-term patient relationships

• Clinically confident, patient-focused, and team-oriented

• Strong communicator with a positive attitude

• Interested in long-term growth within a supportive practice
