HAMMOCK BAY DENTAL, FREEPORT, FL (OUR FLAGSHIP)

Hammock Bay Dental has everything a group practice can offer:

- 200+ new patients per month, with demand that keeps climbing

Located in the award-winning Hammock Bay master-planned community, just 10 miles from the white-sand beaches of 30A, our flagship campus is expanding with additional operatories, a pediatric floor, and a dedicated orthodontic suite.

WEST BAY DENTAL, PANAMA CITY BEACH, FL

Our newest office sits in the Watersound West Bay Center, serving the booming Latitude Margaritaville community and the surrounding Panama City Beach corridor. This is an exciting opportunity with a patient population that is growing by the day: active adults who want comprehensive care, implants, and sedation options, and who show up ready to say yes to treatment. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- Compensation: 30% of adjusted production
- Expected earnings: $285,000-$425,000 annually
- Daily guarantee: $700/day for the first 90 days
- Signing bonus: First-year $5,000 CE stipend can be applied as a signing bonus

THE OPPORTUNITY

Full-time associate role with a well-balanced schedule and consistently strong patient flow:

- Monday-Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Schedule flexibility is supported through a team-based approach within a multi-doctor group that collaborates to ensure seamless patient care while allowing reasonable time-off requests.

The clinical foundation is strong bread-and-butter dentistry: restorative, crown and bridge, endodontics, and comprehensive treatment planning. From there, the ceiling is high. Our doctors actively perform and mentor in:

- Implant dentistry
- IV and oral sedation
- Wisdom teeth extractions
- Bracket-and-wire orthodontics

Associates are never pressured to perform procedures outside their comfort zone, but motivated clinicians will find the mentorship, case volume, and infrastructure to grow as fast as they want to.

Associates who prove themselves clinically and culturally have a defined path to partnership and long-term leadership inside the organization he is building, with early discussions encouraged. MENTORSHIP & DEVELOPMENT

Mentorship here is structured and intentional, not hands-off:

- Regular clinical case reviews and treatment planning discussions
- Monthly one-on-one professional development meetings
- Monthly Doctors Dinners featuring clinical education, case presentations, and doctor comraderie
- Leadership coaching and practice management exposure

The goal is not just to develop excellent clinicians, but to prepare dentists for leadership, impact, and long-term career growth for themselves and within the organization.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

- Licensed general dentist
- 3-5 years of experience preferred, though newer grads are welcome with mentorship
- Clinically confident, patient-centered, and growth-minded
- Excited about invisalign, sedation and implant dentistry, or eager to learn
- A strong communicator who values teamwork, accountability, and faith-driven culture
- Interested in long-term growth, leadership, and partnership opportunities
