Compensation: 35% of collections
Expected Earnings: $250,000–$350,000+ annually
Daily Guarantee: $800/day

This is a full-time associate opportunity with a consistently busy schedule and strong patient demand. The associate will work Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m., providing an excellent work-life balance with no weekends listed.

Bread-and-butter restorative dentistry
Crowns and indirect restorations
Opportunity to expand into implant-focused cases

The ideal candidate is:
A licensed general dentist
2+ years of experience preferred, open to new grads with mentorship
Clinically confident with basic direct and indirect restorative procedures
Patient-focused, team-oriented, and consistent in clinical performance
An excellent communicator with a collaborative mindset
