• Compensation: 30% of collections

• Guaranteed Minimum: $225,000 annually

The Opportunity

This is a full-time associate dentist position with flexibility built in:

• Schedule: 4-day workweek standard (Monday–Thursday) with optional half or full Fridays if desired

• Clinical Scope: Restorative dentistry, crowns, root canals, extractions, implants, dentures, partials, and wisdom teeth

• Mentorship: Available and encouraged — an excellent opportunity for a motivated new grad or early-career dentist to gain advanced experience quickly

• Technology & Tools:

  • Fully digital practice

  • Digital X-rays & 3D imaging

  • CAD/CAM with two in-house milling units

  • Intraoral scanner

  • 3D printer

  • Surgical guides for implant placement printed in-house
