Compensation & Benefits
- Annual Salary: $187,000–$200,000
- Daily Guarantee
- Continuing Education: CE allowance provided to support ongoing learning
- Insurance: Dental coverage and elective options (Voluntary accident, vision, life policies)
- Retirement: 401(k) with company contributions
- Paid Time Off: PTO accrues at 1 hour per 30 hours worked (up to 80 hours); includes observed holidays and optional winter/summer closures

The Opportunity
We are seeking an Oregon-licensed dentist who is:
- Skilled in clinical excellence with a warm, patient-centered approach
- Experienced in oral surgery, dentures, partials, simple root canals, exams, extractions, and fillings
- Personable, innovative, and collaborative, bringing confidence to every patient interaction
- Committed to continuous learning and professional growth
- Experience is preferred, but recent dental graduates are encouraged to apply.
Technology & Tools:
- Praxion 3D imaging, electric handpieces, digital X-rays
- Advanced office setup designed for efficiency and patient comfort
Schedule:
- Typically Monday–Wednesday, 8:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. (subject to adjustment for part-time flexibility)
