A busy, growing dental practice in Central Texas, near Copperas Cove & Killeen, is seeking a Full-Time Associate Dentist to join the team starting February. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician looking to step into an already busy schedule with strong earning potential and mentorship available.
Established patient base – practice is currently very busy
Over 100 new patients in October and 80–90 new patients in November, plus a strong active patient base
Lead dentist is fully booked, and a second dentist (2 days/week) is also booked out
Walk into a full schedule from day one
Daily Guarantee:
$750/day for the first 5 months
Production-Based Pay:
32% of collections (lab fees apply)
Insurance Mix:
Approximately 50% PPO / 50% other
$1,000 CE reimbursement

Open to new grads with experience
Dentists with 1–3+ years of experience encouraged to apply
Priority given to already-graduated dentists who can start sooner
