Family Dental Center Wilmington is a growing, patient-focused dental practice located near downtown Wilmington. $150,000 – $200,000+ annual earning potential, depending on schedule and production
Daily Guarantee: $900/day
35–40% of production, based on experience and performance
CE Allowance: $2,500 annually

This role offers flexibility and strong upside in a growing practice environment. You’ll have the opportunity to perform a wide range of procedures while working alongside a supportive team.
Schedule: Weekdays with 2 Saturdays per month (open to full-time or part-time)
Procedures: Comprehensive general dentistry (bread-and-butter and beyond)
Mentorship: Available with guidance, peer support, and CE opportunities
Growth-Focused Practice: Position is open due to continued practice growth
Technology: Modern office featuring 3D imaging and updated systems
Path to Partnership: Available for the right long-term fit
DDS or DMD with an active (or eligible) Delaware dental license
Experience preferred, but open to motivated newer graduates
Comfortable with comprehensive general dentistry
Strong patient communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a team-oriented culture
Wilmington, DE, conveniently located close to downtown
