$250,000–$450,000+ annual earning potential
Guaranteed base salary of $150,000
27% of collections as an associate (lab bill applies)
25% of collections as an owner (no lab bill)

Schedule:
4-day workweek
Monday–Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Clinical Scope:
Bread-and-butter dentistry with strong opportunity in surgical procedures and endodontics
