Springer Dental Care is a growing, multi-location private practice in the Elkhart/South Bend region dedicated to clinical excellence, integrity, and leadership development. Compensation & Benefits

• Expected Annual Earnings: $250,000–$300,000+

• Base Salary: $150,000 guaranteed for contract period

• Compensation Structure: Tiered % of collections

  • Up to $40,000: 30%

  • $40,000.01–$50,000: 32.5%

  • Above $50,000: 35%

• CE Allowance: Up to $3,000 (matched for CE)

• Professional Liability Insurance: Covered by the practice

• PTO: 8 days after 1 year of employment

• Schedule:
  Monday–Thursday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. (190 working days per year)

Clinical Scope: Bread-and-butter dentistry including crown and bridge and removable prosthodontics, with pathways to learn advanced procedures depending on your goals.
