Compensation & Benefits
Expected Earnings: $200,000–$300,000+ annually

The Opportunity
This is a full-time general dentist position in a busy, well-supported private practice environment with access to advanced technology and ongoing mentorship.
Technology & Facilities:
iTero, 3Shape, and 3D Bio CAD scanners
CBCT and Pan/Ceph imaging in each location
Modern, fully equipped operatories across three offices
Clinical & Professional Development:
Broad-scope general dentistry
Structured mentorship program
Monthly Doctor Study Clubs hosted by the owner for case review and collaborative learning
Quarterly and monthly training sessions to support clinical and professional growth

Ideal Candidate

Requirements:
Active Pennsylvania dental license
New grads welcome (training and mentorship provided)
