At AZ Family and Kids Dental, we’re a fast-paced, supportive, and well-established group serving patients across the Metro Phoenix area. Our practice focuses on providing high-quality, ethical care to both adults and children — and we’re looking for an Associate Orthodontist ready to make an immediate impact in a thriving, patient-centered environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed Minimum: $325,000 annually
• Daily Guarantee: $1,700/day
• Bonus Structure: Additional production-based incentives
• Schedule: Full-time or part-time options available; flexible days and hours (typically Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.)
• Mentorship: Ongoing peer support and clinical collaboration
• Partnership: In discussion/planning
