Compensation

  • Annual Earnings: $250,000–$500,000
  • Daily Guarantee: $800/day
  • Compensation: 30–33% of collections (based on experience)
  • Benefits: Continuing education allowance, dental care, mentoring

The Opportunity

You’ll have the chance to perform a full range of procedures—from restorative dentistry to implants and endodontics—with hands-on mentorship directly from an experienced owner dentist. The practice provides access to cutting-edge technology to support your growth and patient outcomes, including CBCT, Trios 5 scanner, Dexis sensors, Nomad handheld X-rays, and all-electric KaVo equipment.

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday 9am–6pm; Saturday 10am–4pm (flexible)
  • Procedures: All general procedures except orthodontics (training available)
  • Mentorship: Comprehensive, with opportunities to learn implants, endo, and more
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years preferred; open to both full-time and part-time candidates
  • Minimum Experience Requirement: At least 1 year of experience or completion of a GPR. Not open to new graduates.
