We are building a practice that reflects the growth of our community—modern, welcoming, and relationship-driven. This is a great opportunity for a dentist who wants to grow clinically and professionally while working in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: 30–35% of collections
- Expected Earnings: $250,000–$600,000+ annually
- Daily Guarantee: $1,000–$1,500/day (based on experience) during the initial 3–6 month ramp-up period
- CE Allowance: $1,500–$3,000 annually
- Lab Fees: 100% covered initially, transitioning to a 50/50 split
- Flexible Schedule: Full-time or part-time options available
The Opportunity
This is a full-time opportunity (4–5 days per week) with a flexible schedule and a growing, high-demand patient base.
(Flexible—open to part-time or full-time)
Hours of Operation:
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
The associate will have flexibility in selecting their schedule within these hours, allowing for a strong work-life balance while maintaining high production potential.
The practice offers a full scope of dentistry, including:
- Restorative (fillings, crowns)
- Endodontics (root canals)
- Extractions & bone grafting
- Implants & full mouth rehabilitation
- Veneers & clear aligners (Invisalign)
You’ll be supported by advanced technology and modern systems, including:
- iTero intraoral scanner
- 3D imaging / CBCT
- Fully equipped surgical operatory
Mentorship & Growth:
- Hands-on mentorship in advanced procedures including implants, full arch, and cosmetic cases
- Ideal for experienced dentists seeking to expand their skillset or new grads looking for strong clinical development
- Clear path toward clinical growth and leadership opportunities as the practice continues to expand
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is:
- A licensed General Dentist (DDS/DMD) or eligible in Texas
- Open to new grads with mentorship, or experienced clinicians
- Patient-focused, team-oriented, and growth-minded
- Interested in expanding into advanced procedures
- A strong communicator with a positive attitude and work ethic
