Compensation & Benefits

• Expected Annual Earnings: $200,000–$350,000 (dependent on hours worked; plenty of patient demand available)
• Consistent, high patient demand: Our current associate produces $900k annually on a 4-day schedule.
• Compensation Structure: 30% of collections
• Daily Guarantee: Dependent upon schedule; can be discussed

Opportunity

At Gentle Dental Care, LLC, you’ll work in a busy, supportive practice with a schedule designed to fit your lifestyle. Typical hours are:

• Monday: 12 PM – 6 PM
• Tuesday: 1 PM – 8 PM
• Thursday: 9 AM – 3 PM
• Friday: 8 AM – 3 PM
• Saturday: 8 AM – 2 PM
• Schedule is flexible and can be adjusted to accommodate part-time arrangements.

Procedures: General restorative care, RCT, extractions, dentures, partials, fillings; optional implants and Invisalign (training available).

Mentorship & Growth: Mentorship is available to support clinical and professional development. We encourage continuing education and provide opportunities to expand skills in advanced procedures.

• Digital X-rays, Panoramic and CBCT
• 2 iTero scanners
• Diode soft tissue lasers & electrosurgery unit
• Electronic records & advanced sterilization
• On-site dental lab
