Churchville Dental Care is a supportive, family-oriented private practice serving the Churchville and greater Harford County community. We pride ourselves on providing personable, high-quality dentistry in a calm, friendly environment where long-term patient relationships truly matter. You’ll be joining a stable practice with a strong patient base, 1–2 hygienists per day, and a hands-off but readily available owner who provides support, guidance, and mentorship as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Earning Potential: $200,000–$300,000+ annually

• Daily Guarantee: $850/day

• Compensation Structure: 35% of collections

• CE Benefit: Annual CE allowance

The Opportunity

This is an excellent position for an Associate Dentist seeking autonomy in a well-supported environment. You will serve as the sole provider, supported by 1–2 hygienists per day, with remote access to an engaged office manager and ongoing availability from the practice owner for mentorship and clinical support.

Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with flexibility to adjust start/end times and the option to add Fridays if desired.

Clinical Scope:
Bread-and-butter dentistry with the opportunity to grow your skillset. Informal guidance, peer support, and CE credit opportunities available.
