Dental Arts of Wyomissing is a well-established, growing private practice located in the suburbs of Reading, PA. Our office is known for delivering high-quality, comprehensive general dentistry in a fast-paced yet supportive environment. We are well-staffed, technology-forward, and focused on providing excellent patient care while supporting our doctors clinically and professionally.

We are currently hiring due to practice growth and a shift in availability from two existing associates who are transitioning from full-time to part-time schedules. This creates an excellent opportunity for a motivated general dentist to step into a productive role with strong long-term stability.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation Structure:

  • 35% of collections or an hourly rate for the first 3 months (whichever is higher)

• Expected Annual Earnings:

  • $200,000 – $300,000+, depending on production

• Signing Bonus:

  • $3,000 total

    • 50% paid on first paycheck

    • 50% paid after 3 months

• Continuing Education:

  • $1,000 annual CE allowance

• Insurance:

  • Health insurance with 50% of employee premium covered

  • Family coverage available (employee-paid)

• 401(k):

  • 3% non-elective contribution

  • Profit-sharing contribution after 1 year

The Opportunity

• Flexible 4-day workweek options

  • Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday

• Typical hours:

  • 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Clinical Autonomy with support available when needed

• Mentorship:

  • Informal guidance and clinical support from experienced providers

• New Grads Welcome:

  • Experience or AEGD/GPR preferred, but new graduates will be considered

• Comprehensive general dentistry including:

  • Restorative dentistry

  • Removable prosthodontics

  • Extractions

  • Endodontics

• Opportunity to work efficiently with strong clinical and team support
