A well-established, growing general dentistry practice just outside Reading, PA is seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join our fast-paced, supportive, and well-staffed team. Compensation & Earnings

• $200,000–$300,000+ annual earning potential

• 35% of collections

• Guaranteed higher of 35% of collections or hourly rate for the first 3 months

• $3,000 signing bonus

  • 50% paid on first paycheck

  • 50% paid after 3 months

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• Monday–Thursday OR Tuesday–Friday

• 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• No weekends

Who We’re Looking For

• Open to experienced dentists or new graduates

• AEGD/GPR preferred, but not required

• Excellent patient communication skills

• Comfortable working independently while knowing when to ask for guidance

• Positive, team-oriented attitude
