Compensation

• Earning Potential: $200,000–$400,000+ annually
• Daily Guarantee: $500–$600/day for the first 3 months
• Compensation Structure: 30% of adjusted production
• Partnership: Available after 6–12 months for the right candidate

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to join one of our high-performing Southeast Louisiana practices. You’ll step into a busy, well-established office that offers immediate patient flow and clinical independence.

• Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8 a.m.–4 p.m.; Friday 8 a.m.–3 p.m.
• Procedures: Full range of general dentistry — restorative, endo, extractions, prosthodontics, implants, and more
• Technology & Facility Highlights:
• 19 operatories
• 4 hygienists, 4 dentists
• Fully digital workflow and modern equipment
• $4M annual revenue practice

Practice Breakdown:

• ⅓ Medicaid
• ⅓ PPO
• ⅓ Fee-for-service
