We are an innovative dental practice located in Greendale, IN (35 miles west of Cincinnati) seeking a full-time associate with high integrity and the desire to learn our proven systems and case acceptance methodology for efficiency. The right candidate has experience in practice (recent grads who fit our description are welcome to apply). We’re ultimately looking for someone willing to develop their own leadership and have the possibility to run their own practice with us.
Responsibilities:
● Provide comprehensive general dentistry including exams, restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures.
● Develop personalized treatment plans and educate patients on oral health.
● Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless care.
● Stay current with the latest dental technologies and techniques.
Qualifications:
● DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.
● Valid Indiana dental license and CPR certification.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
● Team-oriented, collaborative approach.

Immediate opening for full time associate in privately owned general dental practice with competitive compensation and awesome office culture. Emphasis on quality care and patient experience. Experience is preferred but mentoring is also available. Hours are currently M-Thursday 8-5 but are negotiable to fit the ideal candidate. We are located in Southeast Indiana just 30 minutes from downtown Cincinnati.
