Dental Depot is a well-established, patient-first focused practice located in Blue Springs, MO, just 20 minutes east of downtown Kansas City. Our team is known for a fast-paced, high-performing environment that prioritizes access to care, doctor autonomy, and continuous growth.

We are actively growing and seeking a second provider to join a collaborative, mentorship-driven team where doctors are supported from day one and empowered to succeed long-term.

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: 27.5% of collections
• Expected Earnings: $200,000–$300,000+ annually
• Daily Guarantee: $800 per service day
• Sign-On Bonus: $25,000

The Opportunity

This is a full-time opportunity offering a consistent Monday–Friday schedule (8 AM – 5 PM) with occasional Saturdays. You’ll step into a busy, fast-paced practice with strong patient demand and the support needed to maximize your production.

• Root canals, crowns, extractions
• Opportunity to expand clinical skillset with mentorship and CE

Ideal Candidate

The ideal associate is:

• A licensed general dentist (MO license or eligible)
• Open to new grads or experienced dentists
