With locations in Shady Spring, Oak Hill, and Bluefield, our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment. Compensation & Perks

  • Daily Guarantee: $700/day (first 3 months)
  • Production-Based Compensation: 30–33% of production (based on experience)
  • CE Allowance: Annual continuing education support
  • 401(k): Employer matching, available after 1 year of service
  • Signing Bonus: $10,000
  • PTO: 2 non-consecutive weeks (8 days total)
  • Mentorship: Guidance from practice owners, peer support, and strong clinical team

The Opportunity

  • Procedures: Full-scope general dentistry; specialty procedures encouraged
  • Schedule: Full-time (4 nine-hour days) or part-time negotiable; hours vary by location
  • Technology & Tools: State-of-the-art general dentistry technology, surgical suite for All-on-X procedures, Invisalign, RCT, GBT, and advanced periodontal hygiene department

About Shady Spring Dental Care

Exceptional patient care and an exceptional team are our priorities. Shady Spring Dental Care has two practice locations, Shady Spring, WV and Oak Hill, WV. We have 4 full time DDS and 1 part time DDS. We are building our RDH department back to 6 hygienists. We are an out of network provider and 80% of our income is out of pocket. We have a large support team with 5 admin, 1 treatment coordinator,  9 assistants and an inhouse lab with a lab coordinator and a remote lab technician. Our practice goal is to expand in Southern West Virginia and provide the best dental care. We are equipped with state of the art technology. Our location is close to Glade Springs Resort, The New River Gorge and Winterplace Ski Resort.  I have attached our Mission Statement to our patients from website.
