At Oxnard Gentle Dentistry, we are a family-oriented private practice focused on creating a happy and fun workplace culture. Our patients trust us for comprehensive care, and we pride ourselves on building long-term relationships. With our owner doctors scaling back and practice growth on the rise, we’re excited to welcome a motivated associate to join our team.

Compensation & Benefits

• $750/day minimum guarantee – no end date
• 25–30% of production (based on experience)
• Average earnings: $1,250/day or more
• Partnership option under discussion
• Mentorship and support from experienced owner dentists

The Opportunity

• Schedule: Mondays & Wednesdays (9:00 am – 5:00 pm), Fridays (8:00 am – 1:00 pm)
• Flexibility: Start and end times can be adjusted as needed
• Procedures: Full scope of general dentistry (non-wisdom extractions included)
• Mentorship: Yes – hands-on guidance and collaborative support
• Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years in private practice
