Compensation

  • $110,000–$300,000+ annual earning potential
  • Associates paid off a tiered compensation model:
  • $0–$30,000 → 30% of collections
  • $30,000–$60,000 → 33% of collections
  • $60,000+ → 36% of collections
  • Daily Guarantee for the first 3 months
  • Sign on Bonus: $10k

The Opportunity

This full-time role offers strong income potential, mentorship, and clear pathways for growth.

  • Schedule: Three 12-hour days per week, with the opportunity to work additional shifts. Monday–Friday, with flexibility; team members generally work 1 Saturday per month
  • Clinical Scope: fillings, crowns, root canals, simple and surgical extractions, and removable appliances (endo and OS not required)
  • Team Support: ~10 shared assistants (one per column), plus one hygienist with capacity to grow
  • Technology: CBCT, digital X-rays, Dandy scanners
  • Mentorship: structured support for new dentists
  • All experience levels welcome — new grads encouraged to apply
  • Ownership opportunities available within the organization
